• Fast access, no long waitlists. As a boutique practice, we have immediate openings and get your referrals scheduled in days, not months — so answers arrive before school deadlines, treatment decisions, or court dates.
• Doctoral-level clinicians. Evaluations are conducted by experienced psychologists using gold-standard instruments — the WISC-V, WAIS-5, WPPSI-IV, ADOS-2, and more.
• Reports you can use. Clear, comprehensive written reports with specific diagnoses, full cognitive and academic profiles, and actionable recommendations for treatment, classroom, and accommodation planning.
• Direct clinician communication. We welcome a phone call to discuss results, differential diagnosis, or next steps. You reach a clinician, not a call center.
• A true two-way relationship. Many partnerships flow both directions: you send families who need answers, and we refer newly diagnosed families back to you for the therapy, coaching, services, or care you provide.

We provide the diagnostic clarity they need, with reports designed to inform your treatment decisions — and we test the full age range, from young children through adults.
• Psychiatrists & Prescribers
  • For psychiatrists who prescribe but don’t test, we answer the clinical questions that guide your treatment plan: the full cognitive profile, comorbidities, and differential diagnosis. Our reports are built for clinical utility and medication decisions, and we’re always available to discuss results peer-to-peer.
• Schools & Universities
  • Our reports meet admissions standards, document the full learning profile with DSM-5 diagnoses, and include specific classroom recommendations your teachers can implement immediately. We align report formats to your requirements and work on your admissions timeline — including IQ and cognitive testing for gifted identification.
• ABA Clinics, Speech-Language Pathologists & Occupational Therapists
  • When your clinical observations point to something deeper, we provide the formal evaluation that confirms what you’re seeing. A comprehensive ASD (AutisM) or learning evaluation gives families the documentation they need for insurance authorization, IEPs, and accommodations — and we collaborate directly with your team on treatment planning. We refer families needing therapy services right back to you.

2. We take it from there. We schedule promptly, conduct the evaluation, and keep the family informed and comfortable throughout.
3. You get answers you can use. With your client’s consent, we share a clear report and are happy to discuss findings by phone to support your plan.
4. The relationship grows. We refer families back to you, and we’re glad to provide lunch-and-learns, “When to Refer” checklists for your staff, and report templates aligned to your needs.
