Payment Terms

The total cost of a donor evaluation is $1,100 split between two payments.

• First Payment: $300 due at booking

• Second Payment: $800 invoiced within 24 hours of appointment

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel for a full refund until 72 hours before their first appointment.
