Old Town Psychology has three separate Postdoctoral Fellowship tracks for the 2025-2026 year: a child/adolescent track, a couples counseling track, and an OCD track.

About Old Town Psychology

We are a unique psychology practice that combines a passion for clinical work, research, assessment, training, and community outreach. We believe our clinical work makes us better researchers and trainers, and our work in these other roles makes us better therapists.

We believe in creating new and innovative ways to improve people's mental health. We do this by conducting meaningful research, applying the findings to our clinical work, disseminating the findings so that the community can benefit, providing training to the next generation of psychologists, and creating a welcoming environment where healing can happen for all types of clients, every time they interact with Old Town Psychology.

Our practice supports our therapists in engaging in clinical work, research, assessment, training, and community outreach in a way that pushes the field of psychology forward and allows us to provide better care.

Research, training, and outreach is team-based and our clinical work is supported through regular case consultations.

Meaningful Clinical Work: We work with clients of all ages and often develop rewarding long- term therapeutic relationships. Our clients tend to be motivated and psychologically-minded.

Research: At Old Town Psychology, we believe our research is critical to providing good clinical care and moving the field of psychology forward. Our research is clinically based and we disseminate the results so that everyone can benefit.
